HOLY GHOST REVIVAL OR HOLY GHOST GOOSEBUMPS?? part 3

When a renewal of interest happens it leads us to the second definition of REVIVAL. “2. New production: a new production of a play or opera that has not been performed recently.”
JESUS wants to produce a new thing in us. HIS WORK must be performed in us before HE can perform through us! We can not choose to keep HIM from working in us if we say we want revival. To hold a true desire for revival, we must be willing to get out of the smelly pit of stagnate water known as religion we have chosen to let the enemy steep us in. We must seek HOLY GHOST to refresh us and rain upon us to wash away the stagnate water. When we look at how GOD has moved in the past in every denomination, we see how BLESSED HOLY SPIRIT had free reign! No one would dare step in to quench HIM! Those wonderful children of GOD respected the moving of HOLY GHOST because they knew HIM! They knew HIS ways were above theirs. They knew that they could not be satisfied with “generic tea bag” religion. They knew WHO saved them and set them apart from any religious façade. They knew the BREATH of LIFE was in them and they knew in order to really flow in HOLY SPIRIT’S moving, that they must be in continued repentance and everything completely under the blood so the enemy had NO place! When JESUS spoke to them to do something, they just did it! No questions asked! They knew they were not blessed because how someone received what they did or said they knew they were blessed because of their GLORIOUS KING! They knew that GOD was doing a new thing in them and HE wanted to perform it! When we realize it is HIS work and HIS performance, then we will not get wrapped up in our own little pity parties of self service and we will take back all the offices from Satan! We will be filled and flowing in HOLY SPIRIT’S process in ourselves and as the corporate Bride! How do we really get to the point of having HOLY GHOST manifest HIMSELF through us?
Matthew 3:1 - 12 (KJV) 1In those days came John the Baptist, preaching in the wilderness of Judaea, 2And saying, Repent ye: for the kingdom of heaven is at hand. 3For this is he that was spoken of by the prophet Esaias, saying, The voice of one crying in the wilderness, Prepare ye the way of the Lord, make his paths straight. 4And the same John had his raiment of camel’s hair, and a leathern girdle about his loins; and his meat was locusts and wild honey. 5Then went out to him Jerusalem, and all Judaea, and all the region round about Jordan, 6And were baptized of him in Jordan, confessing their sins. 7But when he saw many of the Pharisees and Sadducees come to his baptism, he said unto them, O generation of vipers, who hath warned you to flee from the wrath to come? 8Bring forth therefore fruits meet for repentance: 9And think not to say within yourselves, We have Abraham to our father: for I say unto you, that God is able of these stones to raise up children unto Abraham. 10And now also the axe is laid unto the root of the trees: therefore every tree which bringeth not forth good fruit is hewn down, and cast into the fire. 11I indeed baptize you with water unto repentance: but he that cometh after me is mightier than I, whose shoes I am not worthy to bear: he shall baptize you with the Holy Ghost, and with fire: 12Whose fan is in his hand, and he will thoroughly purge his floor, and gather his wheat into the garner; but he will burn up the chaff with unquenchable fire.
We can not run from repentance! We can not be who we are expected to be in CHIRST JESUS with out full repentance to HIM! Man wants to be forgiven, but he has a difficult time desiring to be washed and cleansed by the blood of the LAMB of GOD. John the Baptist preached repentance to all he came into contact with and this was before the first drop of blood was ever spilt! People began to be stirred up with in themselves because GOD was doing the work! John knew he was in complete obedience to the calling upon his life by his GOD! His desire was definably not to seek any approval of man, but to be in complete obedience to the SPIRIT of GOD; no matter the cost. He paid the price of not having a home as we know it. He paid the price of not having the great nutritional food as we know it. He paid the price of not having the proper clothes. He paid the price of coming against religion. He paid the price by coming against selfish greed and pride. He paid the price of denying himself so that he could prepare the way of the LORD and make his path straight! We will only see the manifestation of HOLY GHOST like no other has seen when we are willing to be a “John the Baptist”! We MUST REPENT AND TURN FROM ALL SIN AND WALK IN HOLINESS! We can not be satisfied with being saved, baptized, baptized in HOLY GHOST, sanctification, justification or whatever label we choose to place upon ourselves! We will only see HIS SPIRIT poured out on all HIS sons and daughters when we as HIS Bride are willing to be baptized in HIS FIRE! This is more than just “being on fire for GOD”, it is going beyond what we know, it is actually stepping into HIS HOLY FIRE and going deeper into HIS presence! As we go deeper into HIS presence, we will find that we desire to have no fellowship with sin and we will not want to entertain any seed thoughts the enemy tries to plant. We will find ourselves consumed by HIS HOLY REFINING FIRE. HE will bring out the dross to the surface. When we think of fire of GOD, we must get past our thinking of what the fire is and remember that it is also a refining fire and not just a warming of our spirits toward GOD! We must get on fire for GOD; remain on fire for HIM by getting into the fire where HE is, like HE was with the Hebrew Children! Lets be vessels used in the hands of our KING to prepare the way for our KING! We are called to GO FORTH AND USHER IN HIS KINGDOM NOT OUR OWN! Put the viper in his place and GO IN JESUS’ NAME!
